Happy 40th Birthday!

They say that life begins at 40...For the thousands of children and their families who have been supported by the charity over the past four decades, they can truly say that life begins at bibic!

Ann Marie's daughter, Alison has celebrated a milestone birthday too. At the age of 30 she has a handsome eight year old son and her latest addition to the family, a five month old baby girl. It's hard to believe that when Alison was just seven, she suffered a stroke and her parents were told that she would always be in a wheelchair.

Ann Marie said "I am proud of her. Alison still has left sided weakness and no power in her left hand, but she works really hard and still manages to everything for her children. She drives a car and is a very independent young woman thanks to bibic and her stubborn parents who refused to believe that she would be in a wheelchair for the rest of her life!"

For the thousands of children who have transformed their lives, we want 2012 to be bibic's BIGGEST BIRTHDAY PARTY!!
