Our Work

bibic therapists work closely with children, young people (aged 6 months to 18 years) and their families to help them tackle challenges affecting their social, physical, communication and learning abilities. These include developmental conditions such as autism, cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, brain injury and other conditions like dyslexia and Asperger’s syndrome that impact on learning and development.

Even if you are not sure what the issues may be, bibic therapists can address your concerns and provide practical solutions for you to regain control. We will work closely with you and your family to create a therapy programme which will give you the skills and strategies to support your child.

We treat each child as the unique individual they are, and by focusing on the positive, we help them to improve and develop, often in ways you may never have thought possible.

As well as a National Assessment Centre in Somerset, bibic also have an outreach community therapy team, funded by the National Lottery, covering Cornwall, Devon, Bristol, Gloucestershire and the West Midlands. The therapists carry out the bibic assessment within the home or at local outreach centres and then support the family within their own environment.
