Can’t you help every family who contacts you?

No, although we can probably help the majority. We cannot accept new referrals for those over the age of 18 as we are a children’s charity, and we may be able to offer limited help to those with a progressive degenerative disorder.

However if we think we are not the organisation for you or that there are other therapies more suitable for your child, we will research other services and endeavour to refer you to the most appropriate one.
