Where is the initial interview held and do we have to pay for it?

Initial interviews can be held on the phone if you cannot visit us. We know it can sometimes be difficult to speak to us during normal ‘office hours’ particularly if family members are out at work at these times, so we are more than happy to arrange to speak to you and your family in the evening or at the weekend. However as with most things it is preferable if we meet face-to-face at the outset, as this offers the opportunity to meet some of the staff and view the facilities in Somerset or Wales. There is no cost for that interview - in fact there is no cost at all until we are sure we can help you in some way.
