bibic has pioneered assessments and therapeutic interventions for 37 years. We use proven best practice from medical, educational and social fields to design a tailor-made therapy programme for each child.
We do not promise miracles but thousands of children continue to achieve remarkable progress from the therapies we recommend and teach. bibic has a team of developmental therapists together under one roof to provide assessment and a holistic therapy programme.
We give children and their families all the time and attention they need to improve their understanding of why certain things are difficult for them, and how to reduce the impact of those difficulties.

Our therapy programmes involves:
Education and Childhood Development
An assessment will build up a picture of a child’s strengths and weaknesses and their underlying learning abilities, and will then suggest interventions which may help improve education attainment.
When development stages are missed out, due to a disability or disorder, they should be addressed in order to allow for a child’s further development. Our bibic therapists are specially trained to address these needs.
Communication
Communication is fundamental for learning and development. Our therapists help develop a child’s understanding and ability to express themselves, either through words or other means. At bibic, intervention at an early stage is important for developing interaction and social skills.
Movement
bibic focuses on a child’s function, fitness and movement. It is part of an holistic approach to health care, posture, balance and movement. These can have an impact on a child’s confidence, sense of self, well-being, interaction and play.
The bibic developmental therapy aims to improve independent physical function and sensory integration. With additional professional advice and support, children are encouraged to actively participate in therapeutic activities which focus on improving their ability to undertake daily tasks.
In addition to the above, we are able to put families in touch with other independent therapists such as physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, nutritional therapist or educational psychologist should these services be required. The cost of these assessments or consultations would be borne by the family and arranged independantly by bibic.
